Like anyone else, I dont read all comments, but I'm not sure if you do read. Maybe a random number generator. But who cares as we are all busy talking about how we would spend the money.

I always believe the easier we get the money, the easier it will be used until the last $1. So, here's 11 portion of where the money goes, as meaningful as possible.

- $100 for my mom and dad for the being inspirational and endless support.
- $100 for my youngest brother for his books. Sitting for O-level exams and he is working hard to get 9 A+. I have set a benchmark of obtaining straight A's in 2004. He's inspired and this portion goes to him.
- $100 for my younger brother who will become a dad soon. Got married a year earlier than me. Thia would mean a lot.
- $100 for my younger sister studying Islamic finance in Jordan. She will undergo operation for cancer-like. She has been very excellent with her studies. Awarded best sponsored students last year. Always called and told us to pray for her and if she scored 19/20 or perfect score for mid sem. - $100 for my wife. Got married for 2.5 months and she has been a supportive wife. I just want to give her this without asking what she want to spend with this money. - $100 for my best friend for the support. Being there when I need him, in good and bad times. He never ask for anything.
- $100 for a college students club which I have founded in 2006. - $100 for the orphan of Darul Hanan, near to my house. A place where I know they money would be used for the benefit of the kids.
- $100 for any social enterprise that promote good food and health. Please take less sugar, put the sweetness in your smile instead.
- $100 for starting a blog moneysign.-- and start talking how to save money, how to spend wisely, how to not get into debt, how to settle debt -- the practical way. - $1 for you. Hand delivered if possible. And start finishing what I have started cause I just need courage to do so. Money, I have enough to cover myself, so why do I need more. Greed? Maybe. Not grateful? Certainly. But if this is a gift, I'll take it anyway :)

Around a year back when I ask for release letter from Petronas, I have given away what I've been dreaming for.

1. If I am not meant for Petronas, and Allah has decide it, I will be grateful. I am because He has a better plan.
2. If I look for money, I can see how I have exceed my expectation besides the freedom I have.
3. If I look for status, I am a simple person who wish for a debt-free life, nice weekends, yearly gateaway, happy family and just talk about how happy I am and how life should be simple.

Don't get me wrong cause I still dream of driving a Lamboghini, just that for that much of hardwork I couldn't see myself doing it over working for others. I choose the path which I have to find my own business, build connections, share with others, establish profile and reputation, which basically mean I start from ground up.

Mom probably wouldn't believe me until I drive back home in a BMW. I have nothing to show to others because I want to prove to myself that I can do it. Even a Giant start as a baby.

So, I am sharing you my goal for 2012 and we'll review back in few months.

For 2012, I am setting a personal target of 100K income by October 2012. And if I reach so, I will bring my wife to perform Umrah and go for a holiday. And do something to give back towards the people.

And get another giraffe t-shirt to mark this achievement. Orrrr.. Maybe I'll go to safari in Africa and post some pictures.

Awesome, so, this is what I do to motivate myself. Work, life and love are the three elements that push us to move forward when you're down and feel like you hit the wall.

The feeling is totally different. Hitting every button to share and looking at the feedback.

I learn two quick things:
- Business: Do it quick, launch and get feedback.
- Wedding: It's near!

Anyway, when we accomplish something, we will have the feeling of euphoria - absolute excitement to see what you plan turned into reality.

Essential that you share so that you spread the good news. The energy that comes with it. It multiply when you share and could motivate others.

If none respond, it is not that you have achieved something small, maybe it's just the people that believing, interested or love the idea is somehow not knowing about what you just did.

So, be patient and keep sharing the happiness and excitement.

I was bent into different direction afraid that I would snap at anytime. Persevere, the definition of it were tested. Determination, I know it is easier to spell it than to go through it.

Life is hard, because we have to work harder. Life is wonderful, when everything we do make sense.

And maybe a year later when I read this, I will be smiling and feeling grateful that I've gone through it whole-heartly.

People have tendency to think that if you run your own company, you can be relax. Wake up late, work at home, free time to wash your car and send it for service at 11.00 in the morning.

I am not saying it is wrong because since I work own my own, I wake up early. Probably earlier than most of people, and one of the last to go back.

I have put my financial security at risk since I resign and I have to work to make it happen. It will happen and indeed, it is happening now...

Remember, if one day you run your own company - discipline yourself. You write your own staff handbook. Keep learning.

Some people just plain jealous about other people having things that they posses,

I wish to attend the Startup Malaysia next month and I believe that you shouldn't be afraid to share your idea. So, below are the things which I wish to start working on soon.

1. Project name:

Dreamboard

2. What is it?

Anyone can dream and with this dreamboard, you can let you dream go wild by embedding pictures on your dreamboard, save it, print it. Based on your notification settings, it will remind you regarding your dreams and somewhat give you a poke or push.

3. Brief Idea

Dreamboard is a web application that allow people to search for keywords that describe their dream i.e. Lamborghini and image will appear as result and draggable to the canvas where the dreamboard is.

The dreamboard could be save, print, share and it will send reminder or notification quarterly or annually to set people on their track achieving dreams. In a long run, we could get business angle, investors, corporate to look at people dreams and help them to achieve their dreams.

Leveraging on people dreams, it is a new way to predict the future and what people are thinking. Corporations could see if they have leave impact on people's life and should ads were to be embedded, it will be based on people's dream.

Dreamboard is a going to be released for free. Last but not the least, being able to dream is already a "gift", let alone compiling, sharing and see other people's dream come true.

4. Why Startup Malaysia?

I wish to get feedback from people who are attending the event as well as leveraging on the experience of the panels. I used to work with a telco startup and now running my own business. For now, I am funding my business by working freelance on project basis. I have a web design, user interface design as well as web development skills. I have been working previously as project and product manager. I see everything positively and wish to publish a book on Work, Life and Love. Currently writing the content on my posterous page - (you're reading it now)

Few months back, my fiance and I was thinking about starting an online business for two main reasons: trying and if we're making money, it is going to be our side income. I can say Fana Collection went well and this is the story of the idea behind it.

It is a bit push here and there. We have the fear of starting, but we figure out the fact that unless you try, you will never know. And the new definition of success we found is the first step that you take to overcome the fear of failure (even before you start doing anything).

Straight to the idea: Create the Demand

We sell women clothing online, focusing on two niche, Malay and Islamic clothing (with some accessories). It is not a new niche but we figure out the way by creating the demand. In any business, it is about finding the niche and we step into the market by offering new lines of Islamic clothing which is Jubah (robe/gown/cloak) imported from Jordan and Syria.

It is different as we're offering a new design, new material (e.g. denim) and new concept. What we have in mind is that we want everyone to look good everywhere, everytime. The same clothes that they bought for Eid, the same clothes they can wear to work, dinner and formal events. We believe that is why we can make it.

We promote our product to our friends and through social media, with a moderate approach. Asking people feedback on how we could improve and respond to it. Tomorrow marks the first month of our operation and we are making a profit (Alhamdulillah). We are grateful for everything - the support, the feedback, etc. 

And we learn that unless we start, we are not going anywhere.

I had a talk and discussion. On average, a WordPress designer/developer like me would make USD 50 per hour. An iPhone App developer would easily make USD 100 per hour (that is the minimum amount). 

If you do some calculation, by theory, I will make USD 8000 a month while USD 16,000 for the iPhone App developer*.

*Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month = 160 hours a month.

Initially I feel inferior sitting in the discussion for I have nothing to prove. Still, you know best about yourself. That is the reason why it took me an hour to realize that rich is not in abundance, but the feeling of satisfaction.

Why satisfaction?

Probably that is the gift of life, especially related back to working life. We hear or read people complaint about their work and the easiet way to do that is to quit their job. That is another risk. It could turn out well and not.

Few months back, my friend who I considered my mentor, Amzari, made me realized that not everyone is looking for the same thing.

• Some people is pretty happy to work 9 - 5 and go back after that with no headache.
• Some people is running their own business and it is their life.

Whatever!

So, whatever! There are people that earn more than that, has his own business empire, ride a Lamboghini Aventador, and still looking for more. Be content with what you had. For that is the essence of happiness.

Why wouldn't I? I wasn't feeling well lately and so much project need to be done.

Hint: To see whether you're stress or not, try to feel your shoulder (the trapezius muscle). If you're stress, this muscle will be tense. I learn this from a Stress Management class.

Back to what I want to share. So, take a time out. Even 10 minutes by just walking around the office or go to the balcony. Drink enough plain water. Stay relax and focused. If you are lost on what you have to do. I've written that article previously -- Busy is good, too busy is not good.

Do you know that if you are too stress you body will react by forcing yourself to get some rest. By these means:

• Headache
• Hungry
• Sleepy
• Fever

So, you will be prone to sickness. Your body is smarter than you think you are now. Haha.. Sorry, but you need some rest too. Even you have so much work, do not just kill something that is precious to you. Your health.

I love to keep myself busy. But now, I really need to prioritize. It's always easier said than done. So few tips, just in case you're out of hand, just like me:

1. List down your to do.
2. Do have to courage to start? Start with #1. If you just did. Start with the easiest.
3. Feel the motivation of Getting Things Done? Proceed #4.
4. Evaluate which is the highest value and its importance.
5. Which are things that delayed for sooo long. Reply that.
6. Complete Step 4.
7. Stop Facebook, Twitter, or whatever. You can complete the easy to medium task in one hour. And you will be left with at least 3 big tasks to complete.
8. Try it.

The point here is... you just start. Step 2 is the crucial part. IF you stop somewhere, start bark Step 2. Job done!

I am not working on my own. Doing something that I love to do on the web, with the web. In few days, I am looking to release a new product which solve problem that I see everyday and helping many people in one go.
